We want to be as upfront and clear as possible about how to pay for your private medical care. That is why we have included transparent information about what is expected from you regarding payment for our services.

Pay Per Appointment

Payment per appointment is required prior to attending – any additional tests you need during the appointment or prescriptions issued can be paid for on the day.

If you would like to book any of our ‘Package Offers’ these should be paid for in advance.

Appointments may be rearranged if more than 24 hours’ notice of a booking is provided or if cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment a full refund will be processed. Patients will very likely be charged the full value in respect of any appointment for which they do not attend without at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rearrangement. Private Health Insurance

We are unable to charge your private health insurance directly at this time – please be aware that this information is due to be updated.

For the time being, all patients wanting to use their private health insurance will need to request reimbursement from their insurances providers themselves. We will, of course, support patients with necessary administration so you can claim back fees.
